make sure the drain is not plugged and that condensation can get under the cooling coil to the drain pan otherwise it may be condensation forming on the grill, make sure the filters and coil are clean and you are moving lots of air.
Your condensor fan motor has more than likely gone out. This fan should run at all times when the unit is on. Since the fan isn't working then the motor must have gone out.
