There is no other source from you can buy it, except the authorised service center for Philips. Just contact them.

Open the Robot, and check the cables, this Robosapiens V2 has a well known problem with the wire harness that go from main board to the bateries trough the legs. They have a major problem in the wire insulations that crumbles and short the wires. No easy solution exist. Yo need to rewire by your own or accept that will never work again.

Try to put only one SIM card in slot #2.
Now maybe the touch screen is working-
If not, try to put only one SIM card in slot #1.
The problem could be the 2 SIM card at the same time (also if it should be recognize 2 in the same time).

i took it to the tv repair sop and my power supply printed circuit board was blown and it would have cost $609.00 for labor and parts
