THat should mean thet the battery is charging. If it still does it after being left plugged in to the mains for more than 24 hours, the battery may be exhausted if old.

1995 Dodge Stratus Error codes 12, 13, 14, 24, 26, and 33. What do each of these mean?

Code 12 is only displayed when outputting "flash codes" (Cycling the key and watching the Check Engine Light flash) - it mostly indicates that the diagnostic system is functioning properly. There is only a problem if you don't get this code.

Codes 13 and 14 are both MAP Sensor codes.

Codes 24 and 26 are both Secondary Air Switching Solenoid codes.

Code 33 is an A/C Presure sensor circuit code.

Flash codes are pretty generic. They tell you that there is a failure in a particular system, but they don't specify what type of failure. Flash Code 14 for example, can mean that the Map Sensor Voltage is too high or it can mean that it is too low, or it can mean that the 5 volt reference voltage is shorted to ground.

"P-codes" (The kind you must have a scanner to get) however, are more descriptive. Those will give you a more accurate description of what exactly is the problem with the system that has failed.

I will advise you however, that all of these codes can be caused by a shorted VREF. (5 Volt Reference Circuit) Find out where it is shorted and you will most likely fix all of these codes with one repair.

Freezer FZ175 Red Warning Light is flashing

The flashing red light indicates the problem in the temperature of the unit. The temperature is rising over then required so the red light is flashing. There are some possibilities that you will have to get checked.
1) Make sure your freezer/refrigerator door is closing properly and sealing all around. If the doors are not closing properly then this can lead to rise in temperature.
2) If doors are proper and closed properly then other possibility is to check the compressor .Check the compressor is it running properly or its not running.Beside the compressor there is a fan if the fan is running the compressor is turning on if fan is not running the compressor is not running. If the unit is not getting very cold this also indicates the problem is in the compressor section.A weak or faulty compressor causes the temperature rise problem.
3) If compressor also checks out ok then the other possibility is fault in the thermostat of the unit. The thermostat is getting overheated and this is causing the red light flashing.
4) Before replacing any part in the unit try the defrost procedure first .Keep the unit unplugged from power and keep both the freezer/refrigerator doors open .let it remain unplugged for 24 hours. Then reconnect the power and check for some time.If the unit works properly that means defrost procedure solved the problem. But if same error light comes On flashing that means the faulty part needs replacement.
You can get required parts for your refrigerator from the on-line sites like :--
www.partsselect.com.
Thanks. keep updated for any more query.you can rate this solution and show your appreciation.

When powering on the fans spin and yet I get no video. The LED under the PSU (CR9E1) flashes. What is the LED indicating?

This indicates power supply failure. PSU means Power Supply Unit.

Solution?
Replace the power supply.
MAKE SURE it is a compatible one!

What do I mean by that statement? In some years of Dell manufacturing, Dell made their computers "Proprietary".
This means only Dell parts could be used in a Dell computer.

The wires in the 20/24-pin ATX main (Motherboard) power cable, were put in different socket holes, than a standard 20/24-pin main power cable.
Yellow is 12 volts. Orange is 3.3 volts. Red is 5 volts. Black wires are Ground wires.

If an aftermarket power supply made by another manufacturer, were to be used in these type of computers, it will burn out the motherboard! Possibly the ram memory and processor also!

If you buy an aftermarket power supply, instead of a Dell unit, make SURE the colors of the wires are in the same place, as they are in the Dell 20/24-pin main power cable connector!

For more info about that last statement, I suggest you check out this page,

Flashing

The lights flash when the door is not shut all the way, or the sensor that detects that the door is shut is not sensing the door is shut. Try pushing in on the door while hitting the start button.
