Problem with internet connection says when I connect my KOBO to computer and cannot sync any books. Kobo charged and can't access KOBO on computer

It could be several things. But you may need to delete Kobo and reload the app. I have had to do this on some of my programs. Your books are on the net, so they won't be lost.

Kobo n613 not charging, no battery level indication on screen. Changed charger but still not charging. Also, do not know how to remove back cover to access the battery.

Hi,
I do not have the n613 but please check your USB ports as these some time give a problem when you try to charge your battery through the computer - also check your connects from the e-reader to the computer as this could also be a problem..... if the above still does not work I suggest you plug the e-reader in and try and re update it...

Hope this Helps

Ow to eject koboglo from computer connection

In Windows Explorer, right-click the the drive letter that represents the Kobo and left-click "Eject" in the context menu. Wait a few moments. The drive letter should disappear or become gray when this happens the Kobo is unmounted. Now you can unplug the reader safely from the computer, no matter what the Kobo screen shows. There is no signal sent from Windows to the Kobo itself will stay on the "connected and charging" screen until you physically unplug it from the the computer.

Non - System disk or disk error

Your computer BIOS is not recognizing your harddisk. This can be for several reasons...
1. The ribbon cable is not connected tightly to the harddrive or the onboard harddrive controller. Make sure both ends are securely fastened.
2. The power cable is not connected securely to the harddrive. Make sure it's on the drive securely.
3. Your harddrive has failed.
