Ran out of black toner. Replaced with new cartridge. Still have error message to "Add Toner" Figured maybe it was a faulty toner cartridge, tried a new one, still have same message "Add Toner" What can i do now?

It could be that the black developer unit is clogged. The toner low sensor is located in the black developer unit. A trained copier tech may be needed to troubleshoot this.

Replace Toner with gen cartridge.
Or Take cartridge back as faulty after checking that it was opened and installed correctly.
Check display on printer for indications that maybe it needs one of the 3 colour toners indicators are Y,C or M
K is black
