Question about Lanier Ld445c Ld435c Ld430c Ld425c Ld420c Newdrum Kit
Ran out of black toner, replaced with new cartridge. Still showing message to add new toner. Thought is was a faulty cartridge, tried a different one, still have the same issue. "Add Toner" What can I do now?

It could be that the black developer unit is clogged. The toner low sensor is located in the black developer unit. A trained copier tech may be needed to troubleshoot this.

First of all check if the doors are well closed.
If everything is well closed you can have several problems:
1º Toner supply defective.
2º TD sensor defective
3º Development unit defective.
If you don't have technical training i advise you to call the provider.

There may be a clog in the toner supply unit, if you have a small vacuum made for copiers vacuum the toner supply unit and see if it corrects the problem if not you may need a new toner supply unit. Hope this helps

Replace Toner with gen cartridge.
Or Take cartridge back as faulty after checking that it was opened and installed correctly.
Check display on printer for indications that maybe it needs one of the 3 colour toners indicators are Y,C or M
K is black
