I'm assuming 'Kenwood' means a home stereo amp or receiver? If so, the volume control probably just needs to be cleaned. Control cleaner can be purchased at Radio Shack, or a similar store. Just buy a can, and spray a tiny amount into the control, and turn it all the way clockwise then all the way counterclockwise several times. If that doesn't correct the problem, the control may just be worn-out and is in need of replacement.

Kenwood KT56 need a code that will work

Of course it has no volume the KT56 is a radio tuner! It needs to be connected to a power amplifier to hear anything. The audio out sockets need to be plugged into a stereo amp that has speakers. The KT56 is not a stand alone device!

Vr-309 starts to clip after 10-15 min

This is a case of one or more transistors breaking down when heated. This can be found usually by using freeze spray to cool down one transistor at a time until the problem clears up. You can narrow this down a bit by determining whether this "noise" is effecgted by the volume control or not. Also, does the problem show up faster when the unit plays louder?

Kenwood kdc 3011 cd player

Have you tried the balance and fader control?
Also make sure the ground or - negative wire has a good connection for that speaker from the back of the unit. Or it could be the internal amplifier it self.
