Question about Gateway Computers & Internet
Microsoft Silverlight keeps crashing Netflix vids using Google Chrome despite deleting file in Play Ready folder, and even uninstalling and re-installing Silverlight itself. I installed the latest version of Silverlight, all to no avail. I would appreciate any further help. Thank you all!
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

You should not have any problem installing it over the already installed version. According to the Microsoft website, any version of Office 2007 is eligible for the upgrade. You should not uninstall the trial version since the upgrade disk you purchased will look for an installed Office product that it can upgrade. If the upgrade requires an uninstall, it will probably do it itself. I would definitely go through the installation.
Hope this helps! : )

SOURCE: cannot play movie
If you want to play latest movie in your player you have to update the codec support of your player in order to recognize and load new format movies in your system. Also you can try this player by clicking the link to download Codec-Pack Player.
This player has the latest package of codec that you need to read and load new format codecs in your player. Try this one its for free. All you have to do is click download to begin the download process then install it after you finished downloading the files.

I have a dell studio 1737 upgraded to windows7. To get the fingerprint to work I inserted the digital persona disk went to E:\ opened the file found the 64-bit install clicked on that it installed 3.01. After my computer rebooted And, I seen that it installed I clicked on update and downloaded 4.01 And, went through the whole install process again. Works as good as the day I bought it. The only problem that I can find is Firefox 5.3.3 or 6 doesn't have support for the product. It installed to add-ons but, says it's not compatible with version 3.5.5.

2/24/2013 Netflix Error Code N8161, Protection Error Problem became a recent problem on 3 of my five XP computers, one Home Edition, the balance are XP Pro. After trying uninstalling and re-installing Silverlight, all the adobe products and Media Player I finally resolved the problem by uninstalling the current Silverlight 5, restarting the PC and then and installing old version Silverlight 4. I had to search hard to find a site that both still offered it and that I trusted. Just don't let Microsoft Updates or Netflix demand to install Silver light temp you to update. Chrome insists on the Silverlight plug in update - DON'T DO IT. Firefox and IE8 seem OK, at least for now.
