I have some software called Disk digger (Copyright © 2009 Dmitry Brant) i have been able to recover a fully deleted memory card with this software and found stuff i never knew was on there, i suppose if you have the data cable for your phone and it shows up on your pc as a storage device you should be able to scan the phone for any deleted files and at the end it shows you a list that you can browse, text mssgs are in txt files but there will be a lot of writing in there but if you scroll through you will spot the actual mssg in each txt file, brilliant software and its free, and more importantly virus free, but dont take my word perform a scan when downloaded hope this helps you out,
