Which RAM for my Intel Celeron 2.56ghz +"asus p4s800-mx"

My friend in Cuba has a ASUS p4s800-mx motherboard wit an Intel Celeron 2.56ghz processor. 
The Ram has written on it: P/N SR128m-04602-2100
I asume that means 128MByte and a DDM 2100
Can someone tell me, for what kind of 512MByte or 1Gbyte RAM I need to look?

THE BEST WAY TO HELP US IS TO GET ALL INFO OFF THE CHIP EVEN THE CHIP MFG WRITING OR DESIGN SYMBOLS, THAN CONTACT THAT MFG ASK THEM DIRECTLY

Upgade motherboard
What problem is it that you are having?
If you want to upgrade you're CPU here is the Asus link for supported CPU's P4S800-MX motherboard.

To the right of the list is the bios file that must be used to support the CPU.

If you need instruction on how to replace a CPU just let me know.

SiS Real256E integrated garphics as per your manual.
If you must have SiS's drivers you may not find them there.
