SOURCE: are the nuts holding on the blades reverse threaded?

If a blade, when viewed from above, rotates clockwise, it will have right-handed threads. This is because the shaft is turning to the right, and the resistance imparted on the blade will tend to tighten a right-handed fastener. If a blade rotates counter-clockwise it will have a left-handed fastener. I don't know this mower, but this is a universal thing.

SOURCE: THE NUT TO REMOVE THE BLADE CAME PART WAY OFF BUT

Dependent upon the size of the shaft, a choice of suitable tools would vary. Considering this is the shaft off of an electric motor, may I suggest you wrap a rag around the area of the shaft where you can grip it and use a pair of Vise Grip locking pliars to hold it while you turn the nut. If the vise grips won't open wide enough, then use a rag with a pipe wrench locked onto the shaft to hold it.

Try turning the nut the opposite way. It's possible the saw has reverse threads.

There is not a lock on this saw. If the blade is to tight to hold by hand you need to use an impact wrench. It will loosen the nut before the blade has time to start spinning.

I cant get the nuts off the blades on my cub cadet do you turn them l or r

Not sure on your particular mower but most all mowers are left hand threads so you would loosen like you are tightening normally. I hope that is clear to you. lol
