I accept the refund of $226 for the above product. I would like you to send me a postage paid return label for the monitor that you sent me. It can be sold as refurbished even though it has not been used. I have no use for it. My email address Vincentia Ashton

Your problem is little complicated . Go to help option in your paypal id and you can mail them to get the number to your additional email id .

You can add upto 8 email id in paypal account .

You add another mail id to the paypal account for that follow this steps

  1. Click the My Account tab.
  2. Click Profile link at the top of the page.
  3. In the Account Information column, click the email link.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Enter your new email address.
  6. Click Save.
  7. An email confirmation will be sent to this address.
After that go for help option and sent mail to paypal and they will respond to your problem in 24 hours . They will provide you alternate solution to your problem .

Dont worry you can get back money to your account but it will take some time .

If you have proof of postage then you should be fine, whenever I send a paypal purchase back they require traking details as proof of postage. If you are dealing with a reputable seller then you should get a refund swiftly. Can't hurt to give them a call after a couple of weeks have passed

When I rang the product suppliers they told me that they take the postage fee and wait 14 days for me to approve or send back. Non approval means they take the full retail cost from your account, obvi

Depending on your form of payment, contact your bank or credit card issuer. There is no requirement to accept or return unordered merchandise. Once you have notified the supplier, any new shipments are unordered. Dispute the charges and ask for a refund through your bank, credit card, Pay Pal or other fiduciary.

Contact the place you ordered them from and let them know at once that they arrived damaged. Any reputable business will have you ship them back and send you another pair or offer you a refund after you ship them back. Try to get them to pay for the postage by asking for a pre-paid label to be emailed to you. Good Luck!

Usually yes you would cover return postage unless it is faulty then you should get a full refund!

The ceramic dish has cracked . how do i go about getting a new one please i got it on line with credit card points

If goods are found to be faulty, which you did not order, or our fault will either replace the product or give you a full refund. Obviously this is for the UK, not sure where you are located but there are links to each country at this page., then go to "Contact Us" for your country and send them an email enquiring about how to order a replacement part (or make a warranty claim if you believe the item is faulty and less than 2 years old).

Products that have arrive at the customers possion would have prior aggreements from retailer or paypay sites. Usually the paypal allows the versalitity to transact either sending or receiving financial values. paypal as an online method of transaction is flexible. Second,, the retailer from which transaction was arrangmed usually once aggreed to restatablish transactions either as malfucntion products requiring returns or aggreement arragment least satisfactory as expected makes another processes achievable. For example, conacting the retailer of the product to verify whether returns for refunds is likely should become convenient to retransact with paypay. In this situation, the customer would be receiving finances back from an already establsihed agreement. Contact the retailer to ascertain the expectation arrangments to retunring products for refunds. Also required in the retransaction process to determining whether the retailer chooses to transact via paypal at refunds.

What you will need to do is scan the copy of the USPS receipt and then upload it into your Paypal dispute and explain that the seller refused the return of the item you bought. This will add merit to your case and you will receive a complete refund because Pyapal will reverse the transaction and credit your account. If you have to send the item again, send it with a signature confirmation so the seller won't be able to deny that he didn't receive your return.

Unfortunately there is not a lot you can do but threaten them. The banks will not help on a debit card, only on credit cards. There are a ton of pages dedicated to the posting of scammers by persons ripped off.

I will only tell you what finally worked for me.

About 2 years ago, I paid postage on a sample and the following month I began receiving product, and debit card charges against my account for an amount close to $100 per month.

For over a year I called and emailes and snail mailed these people to try and stop them from sending the product and refund my money. I had never opened one of the shipments.

Finally, out of desparation, I wrote my state attorney's office, explaining what was happening. He was kind enough to return my letter, and said that he would send them a letter from his office, stating that if I did not receive immediated reimbursement, he was going to recommend that I retain an attorney and file charges against them for a number of offenses.

In less than a week, I received credits to my account, one at a time, sometimes 2 or 3 a day. I couldn'y believe it.

My latest? In December of last year I ordered a cell phone from Cellular, paid $148 on the debit card, and have never received a thing. I have threatened and cajoled to no avail. They simply will not communicate. Phones result in being placed on hold until I hang up.

Write your state attorney, it may help.
