Question about Juki Sewing Machines
I have a Juki HZL F600 The needle fell out and when I went to replace it, I couldn't insert a new one. I have the presser foot down, and the assembly all the way up. The needle is facing the right way. It's like it doesn't even fit in the hole anymore, I had to play with the front screw on the assembly.Could this be why? Please help.

SOURCE: How to connect the walking
Turn power switch to "0"
raise the needle to highest position by turning the wheel toward you(counterclockwise) and raise the presser foot lever
release the foot by raising the lever located at the back of the presser foot assembly
place a different presser foot on the needle plate so that the bar on the presser foot is in line with the slot on the shank
lower the presser foot lever and fix the presser foot onto the shank. If the p foot is in the correct location the bar will snap in you should hear a click or snapping sound let me know if this helped thanks! amy

if the machine regular needle threads front to back NOT side to side, you can use a double needle. simply pass both threads thru all the same slots (thread one at a time so they don't get twisted up) then just before the needles, leave one out of the thread guide just above the needle. you may have to loosen the top tension SLIGHTLY, like a half number. and do NOT use a zig zag stitch without first hand cranking it thru the cycle to be sure the needles clear, or you'll make a 5.00 mistake (the cost of the double needles!)
