Hello Ruth
If you tried the reset and it didnt work then most likely it wont come back to working again. Does it give any sign that it trys to power on?
Chadman
you will need to get a multimeter and check there is the correct voltage coming out of the plug. It will tell you on the ac adaptor what the output voltage is, so check to see if its coming out with a multimeter.
