What is exactly a toaster oven?

A toaster oven is a cross between a toaster and an oven. But unlike a toast, you can cook things in it like you would on a regular oven. It might also be more comfortable than a regular oven, because it heats up faster and saves energy. I even bake cookies in it!
The only problem is that it is usually much smaller than a standard oven, so you probably won't be able to bake a birthday cake or a roast in it. Other than that, it's a very useful device.

If this is a convection toaster oven you are lucky. I do most of my baking in mine, treating it as I would an oven. Food is more moist and flavorful cooked in it and fried foods re-heated in it are almost the same as the first time around. Pies are great done in it as are cakes, cookies and biscuits..

could anyone post a manual for delonghi EO1258 online? I bought similar one (different model) in Japan and only got a manual in Japanese. I can't read Japanese and want to make sure I don't set the oven using the wrong keys. thank you.
