Change the needle first thing. If that doesn't work, Check the length of the needle to see if the needle and the bobbin are in the correct position or alignment. also check the bobbin carriage for nicks or other rough places that may be cutting the thread.

Upside down stitching

Am having a difficult time picturing this. Sounds like the upper thread is creating loops under the fabric and the bobbin thread is showing on the top of the fabric.

Make sure to use a brand new needle.

Remove the thread from the machine
ALWAYS raise the presser foot and rethread the upper thread.
Make sure the thread path is correct.

Check that the bobbin is turning the correct direction in the bobbin case and the bobbin thread is threaded through the bobbin tension correctly.

Set the upper tension to the midway point (factory standard), however, this setting may need to be tweaked for your particular machine.

Bring the bobbin to the top of the project Before beginning to stitch.
How and Why to Bring up the Bobbin Thread

Retest--begin sewing slowly.

If the upper thread is still showing on the other side of the fabric, the tension is too loose. If it is pulling the bobbin thread up to the top of the fabric, the upper tension is too tight

OR the bobbin thread tension is too loose. (CAUTION: make only small adjustments to bobbin tension--1/8 of a turn at a time!!! It also helps to mark the screw groove location with magic marker on the bobbin case BEFORE making any changes so you can back it out and return to the original setting.)

While sawing the embroidery holder moves as well, looks like its not falling into its place correctly after embroidery, how can I fix it? Also I've self checked the machine but cant get the zi

YOUR MACHINE USES A PULSE MOTOR (SMALL MOTOR) THAT CAUSES THE NEEDLE ARM TO MOVE. IF THE MOTOR IS A PROBLEM THEN YOUR ZIGZAG STITCH AMONG OTHER STITCHES WON'T WORK. YOUR HOOP I'M NOT SURE BUT IT SOUNDS LIKE YOUR HOLDER ISN'T LOCKING WHEN YOU PUSH THE HOOPS ON. LOOK INSIDE THE HOLE WHERE YOU PUSH THE HOOP AND TOUCH ON EACH SIDE AND PLACE PRESSURE TO SEE IF THEY BOUNCE BACK. ANYWAY, YOU WILL PROBABLY NEED TO GO TO YOUR LOCAL REPAIR SHOP ON BOTH OF THESE PROBLEMS.

would be something wrong with the foot petal or the motor, make sure the foot petal is snuggly connected into the plug of the machine, and if it is, then the machine needs to be checked

What is thread setting for sawing fabric with

I don't think you'll get it to feed on a domestic sewing machine, the foam is going to be too thick and difficult to feed through. I've used an industrial Singer 20U to sew vinyl to 1/4" foam which has a dacron layer glued to it, ie like carpet underlay thickness. This was to make replacement seat covers for ride on mowers; the Singer was strong enough to sew through both layers in a straight stitch, I could manage to overedge it on my domestic Elna but need a roller foot to stop the vinyl from sticking to the foot, and a leather needle. Even then, it wasn't easy.

Chain stopped working whilst sawing log on my new ryobi electric chainsaw. Can't find a way of rectifying, help please

As it is a new machine, you should return it for warranty repair or exchange. Make sure that the electricity source will power a working lamp. Good luck!
