Question about Televison & Video
All capacitors look good but no power
Have you checked diodes, resistors, transistors? If they work fine check fuses and voltages. They usually tell you by the connector. If you aren't used to using a multimeter with a live tv get someone else to check it for you.

The plasma gas tubes may be damaged or the gas couldve leak out. remember plasma have to remain upright at all times even when transporting them, if they are not you should just set it up straight for about 3-4 hours before turning it on.

You must have some electronic experience when you replaced the bad capacitors.
Best thing to do is find a Service Manual for your TV on the internet. It will really help you in a big way to diagnose the source of the problem. The Service Manual will give you red light blinking codes, circuit diagrams, test points, and part# lists.Usually, cost under $20.
Another thing you might want to look at is the power supply for the screen. Most manufactures call it a Backlight Inverter Board. The TV maybe trying to power up the screen and failed. Then, when into protection mode. The Service Manual should define the red light blinking code for you.
I hope I shed some light on the subject for you.

I had the same problem with my LG 50 inch TV that I bought from Best Buy in Nov 2006. Fortunately I had the service plan. They had to replace the power supply board as 9 capacitors popped, so the TV would turn on them pop and go black and turn itself off. The TV has been a pain. I have the built in DVR and that has failed twice. I have had 3 repairs through best buy. One more time they owe me a new TV when they come out.
