Some games , most , won't load freezes up , asks for update 1.03

Playstation 3 games freeze up when loading
have upgraded the software 2.60 and installed
but still aking for version 1.03 which i can't find anywhere,
even on the Sony site just ridiculous

well you seem to have one of the most common problems, and i couldint agree more that sony's site is ridiculous, try to call them up and tell them that if you need the contact url its, http://esupport.sony.com/perl/support-contacts.pl and heres a youtube video that might help,
