The Posiflex was already installed in WinPos. Did you install the Bixolon POS driver correctly?

Hi, According to your problem, first check the the ink cartridge is not blank or refill the toner. Check the printer settings. select the proper font for your purpose from settings. Reset the printer properly. Check the sensor also. Use good quality and dry paper roll only. It will help you.
