SOURCE: problem with video
1.pls install codecs and uninstall all the unwanted software
2. use registry cleaner to clean your registry
3. delete all temp file from %temp% and prefetch

SanDisk Sansa supported video format: MPEG-4 and H.264
As for me, i usually take advantage of Daniusoft video converter to convert various video to SanDisk Sansa-friendly format, and then copy them to it for watching...

One possible cause would be the player. Their is a chance that the DVD player do not support the version of your AVI. Try to use Total Video Converter, this is what i use when i cannot play a video on our LCD TV. Hope it helps thanks.
