Yardworks manuals its a Model 91040 and got it from thrift store but has no manual for it

Yardworks brand is made by MTD. Go to this site to see if they have the manual you're looking for. Have your model number and serial number available.

Do you mean the Yardworks 12" cut 40V lithium-ion cordless trimmer? to get manual for the body, NOT THE ENGINE .. you need model number usually on a tag near or under seat may also be under hood but usually seat. for engine look for name brand, tecumseh or briggs and straton usually it is a briggs and there is a model number located on engine somwhere then on to google search for engine website and the makers web site will have manuals that you download... for mtd yardman yardworks and a whole lot more you can call for manual 1-800-668-1238 also check out you tube for donyboy73, you will be amazed how good he is on repairs..hope this helps..jim....

Yardworks does not have website, manuals or warranty claim procedure.
Instead, yardworks repackages other brands of timer, generally water timers, such as orbit or melnor and raindrip. And sometimes repackages other brands of outdoor timers.
Recommend folks stay away from timer-repackagers such as Yardworks, Timex, First Alert, and buy brand names that have clear customer resources.
