Question about Audio Players & Recorders
DAB/FM radio. I wanted to reset it to reprogram the channels. Pressed system reset and auto scan. Was scanning and locked up. Tried to stop the scan and now the screen shows 'gobbledegook' mix of strange characters. Can't get it to respond and not working at all. Turning it off and removing batteries no help. What should I do please?

SOURCE: how to reboot hitachi dab radio
Sounds like what happened to my Sharp DAB receiver recently . - Swtch OFF completely from all power sources and proceed with the recommended RESET function.
Move set and/or aerial to be sure of a good strong signal before attempting a complete re-start and full AutoTune as per the instruction manual.
This operation certainly cured my problem although I never have found out what caused the failure in the first place!!!
