Most agitators will just pull straight up. If not, remove the top cap and remove the bolt inside.

How to untangle window cable in 2000 buick lesabre passenger front door?

I have never done your year Buick, but if it is a metal cable I did help a friend with a BMW that had that system. I have a 1992 LeSabre service manual and it tells you to replace the assembly (typical GM solution)
I the cable is tangled, and kinked, it will fail again even if you get it back together. Again if it is like the BMW, there is a spool that the motor drives. the cable comes to that spool from two directions and each end winds in the opposite direction. So when one cable is wrapping on the spool, the other cable is unwinding, when you reverse directions, the cable does the same.
Hope this helps, have you done an internet search?

Model: 21647 chain is stuck for light

When you say stuck I assume you mean it is stuck in the fan. You have to carefully unwind the fan to release the chain pulling slightly as you unwind.
If the switch itself is broken they are an easy fix from any home repair or electric supply house

Right rear wheel stuck and and father and bf think the emergency brake line is stuck or possibly the shoe lining is stuck? any suggestions how to help?

If you can slightly jack up one or both rear wheels on level ground and put your arm just behind the rear wheel at the axle and you will feel and see several lines going to the back of the wheel.

One will be a thin steel tube ( hydralic line) NOT IT.
Another will be a flexible cable going into the plate behind the rear wheel
You should be able to see the cables if you get on the ground under the rear bumper. The cables should run arcoss the axle to each wheel.

Grab it and pull back and forth real hard several times and it should release then do it to the other side. (Don't grab any electrical wires).

Make sure you have somebody with you when doing this. Hope this helps. James Booth. PLEASE RATE!!!! THANKS SO MUCH!!

Echo trimmer srm-230 pull string to start trimmer is stuck. I try pulling on it and it only comes out about an inch.

The pull string is probably tangled up. There are usually vents which enable you to see into the machines pull string assembly. Loosen the fasteners and pull off the cover exposing the pull string. You can unwind and untangle and then it should recoil perfectly. If that does not work continue to dismantle the pull string assembly because you probably have a broken starter pawl which is located on the back of the pull string assembly.
