Question about Sega Dreamcast Console
Sounds like the optical drive/CD reader has failed on the system especially if it turns out the same result regardless of the disk you've inserted. It looks like you'll have to buy a replacement optical drive or buy a completely new system. If you're only trying the one disk, it may just need cleaning or replacing.
