Question about Hyundai 2012 Veracruz
I have a 2012 Hyundai Veracruz. When I first got it a couple months ago, I could plug my iPhone 5 in, using the dealer provided cable and adapter, and it would play the music on my iPhone. All of a sudden, it no longer works. I get an error message when I plug my iPhone in, but the iPhone will still charge and still works via Bluetooth for taking phone calls. The error message says "USB device error". Any ideas how to fix this?

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

You need to figure out the amperage of the usb port in the Veracruz, the dealer should have access to that. If the port isn't putting out more than 500ma the iPhone may fail to charge. I recommend a charger atleast 1amp or higher. You either need to connect using bluetooth to the audio system or a hard wired aux cable to the input of the veracruz.
