How do you know it goes into gear if it won't move ?
Can you put it in gear and move the car with the engine off ?

If the clutch is working, and the trans is in any gear, you should not be able to move the car. So if you can, either the clutch is not engaging the flywheel, or the main shaft is broke inside the transmission.

You may be able to pull the starter or take the inspection plate off the bottom of the bell housing and verify the clutch is against the flywheel.

SOURCE: My Clutch won't engage into gear. Need advice!

Did you check the clutch reservoir under the hood mounted on the firewall, driver side? Make sure level is up where it should be. If it's real low, you may have to bleed the system to get the air out. If you need to add fluid, use brake fluid.

SOURCE: clutch clicks into gear but theres no movement

This can be difficult to answer properly without a bit of knowledge on operation. If you can get it into gear with the motor running then clutch should be working. With that said, on to why it doesn't move acn be several things. Axle dislodged from transmission or broken CV joint, input shaft to clutch ana pressure plate damaged in some way, differential damage, shifter broken off internaly or broken cable, < should be able to feel this >. inspect axles to confirm they are not damaged or dislodged, inspect shifter to confirm it is operating like it should, < have someone move shifter and watch arm on transmission to confirm it is operating > at this point if you haven't found anything to have failed then would suggest having it looked at by someone who can tell you what cause is. I am not implying that the clutch has no damage to it,but other reasons can be cause. There is an inspection plate on bottom side of bell housing that can be removed to inspect for damage, < where engine and transmission connect>.

Pickup starts great, goes into all gears but won't move. It's like it is still in nutural.

Assuming the pickup is an automatic, check the transmission fluid. The #1 cause for transmission slippage is lack of Automatic Transmission Fluid.

If the pickup is a standard shift, the pin that connects the shift to the transmission has likely broken. You would still be able to shift from the inside but the gears won't engage. A bad clutch is also a possibility but you would have noticed a burning smell prior to the clutch giving out.

My 1998 Honda civic ex won't move but the motor

Have you just replaced the clutch? Taken out the transaxle, and put it back in? Are you sure transmission was in good condition before this? If so, review your procedure carefully to be sure you got it all back right.
Watch the slave cylinder while someone depresses clutch. You should see the little plunger move slightly out and move the clutch lever back. The lever moves the release bearing inside bell housing into contact with the pressure plate. If slave cylinder doesn't move at all, try bleeding again. The plunger has to move when clutch is engaged.
I'm not sure what you mean by "will shift but won't go into gear". You mean it's actually going into a gear position and car won't move? Or it won't go into any gear, period. As if you had no clutch?

prolly a hydraulic problem master os slave cylinder leak ck your fluid takes dot 3 brake fluid , also you can put in gear hold the pedal down usually if the fiber substance is gone from the clutch disk the car will not move while cranking if the car moved then its a hydraulic problem , note to self try this with nothing in front of the car it might start up in gear if that happens you will have to immediately turn the engine key off , if the fiber is gone while running you can put trans into any gear while running without pedal inguaged , hope this helps
