When my son is playing Ben 10 alien force the character was just doing somersaults when nothing was being pressed or moved on nunchuck or controller. the figure is responding as if the nunchuck is being moved.my other nunchuck was woring fine then this one also started playing up, have sent the game back once and had a new one arrive and its still doing it, how can 2 nunchucks have the same fault or is it more likely to be a fault with the wii??
Hiya, havent tred them yet as my little fella is asleep in the room where the wii is but any other things i could try in the morning would be greatly received thank youHiya, havent tred them yet as my little fella is asleep in the room where the wii is but any other things i could try in the morning would be greatly received thank you

Most likely not a fault with either. Try not touching the nunchuk while the game is powering up, as moving the joystick while the game is powering up can cause these issues. If the problem is still happening, click the Wii Home button and open the Wii Remote Settings at the bottom of the screen. Choose the option to reconnect the remote, and then try again. If this doesn't work, ai am not really sure what is the issue. You may need to send to NOA for a checkup.
The main culprit is the Sensor placed on top of your tv.
Here are a few tips to guide you to a near-perfect sensor bar setup:
Make sure that the sensor bar settings on the Wii match its placement on your TV. Under the Wii Settings (the little Wii icon that is on the bottom left corner of the Wii menu), go to "Sensor Bar" and select "Position." From here, you may choose where your sensor bar will be– above or below the TV.
The sensor bar only functions from 3 to 8 feet away from the Wiimote. Under "Sensor Bar" in the Wii settings, select "Sensitivity" and adjust between the five levels. To decide which level of sensitivity is right for your playing distance, point the Wiimote at the sensor bar and wait until there are only two dots visible on the screen. Suggestion – a higher level of sensitivity is for a further distance from the sensor bar.
You may calibrate the Wiimotes at any time by pressing the "Synchro" button under the front flap of the Wii, then pressing the red button under the battery flap of the Wiimote. Be sure to only do this with one Wiimote at a time, though, or else problems with calibrating may occur.
The Wiimote's pointer function works off infrared lights, so nearby objects which output infrared signals, such as burning candles, may make the cursor "jumpy" onscreen if the interference is too close to the sensor bar.
If you still have this issue, make sure when your WII & Game are starting up that you do not have any buttons being pressed on the nunchucks.

I did everything above and it seemed to work for a few minutes, but then my son was not able to control the characters any longer with the nunchuk. When you're starting your Wii, starting the game, AND connecting the Nunchuck or classic controller to the Wii remote, make sure you don't move the control sick on your Nunchuck or classic controller.
Your character shouldn't move around possesed if you do this.
If you accidently move the control stick, press and hold the A,B,+, and - buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
If this problem still occurs, your Nunchuck or classic controller might not be working properly. Return them for a new one.
i dont know if this will help but i have searched everywhere for this solution myself (for my 5yr old). the point is theres no walkthrough anywhere, only cheats for all the characters etc. most answers i find are keep practicing.
If you move your wii romote or nunchuck while it is loading, the control that was moved during the end of the load will move the character in that direction uncontrolled the whole game.
