Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Can't connect to a wireless network

You didn't post the Make , Model of Wireless Device. Try a reset ot the Wireless device returning it to default settings and reconfigure the SSID and the Security Key. Setup the Wireless for WPA2-PSK security it's a bit more secure.

"Hold down the power and home keys down for about 10 seconds each while plugged into itunes. When the screen goes black, release the power button but keep holding the home key until itunes says. We have detected an itouch in recovery mode.

From there you can restore as normal via iTunes."

Hi, I need to unlock my belkin N router because I have misplaced the password and can not connect my ipod or any other technology to it... Can you please help?

Restoring the Factory Defaults
Press and hold the “Reset” button for at least 10 seconds, then
release it. The lights on the Router will momentarily flash. The
“router” light will begin to blink. When the “router” light becomes
solid again, the default restore is complete.

Then, use your Setup CD and go though the setup wizard and you'll be back up again soon!

I have connected the router and am getting the net but I can't login to the router

try http://192.168.0.1

user: admin
password: password

If a password has been set that you do not know. Press and hold the little reset button in for 10secs. Keep holding in while you remove the AC Adapter. remove for 10 secs, still holding reset button in. Plug AC back in, and keep holding reset button for 10 secs.

Should reset back to default settings. Then try above credentials.

Password protected and wont power up and cant connect to itunes

here's how:
1. Turn on your iPod (in my case it would only get as far as displaying the Apple logo
2. Hold the power and home buttons down (the iPod will power off after 10 seconds, but keep holding those buttons down)
3. After the iPod powers off, release the power button (but keep holding the home button down)
4. After a couple more seconds, you should hear that magical “ding dong” that means the iPod is coming back alive, and that Windows has detected it. You may even see a little “New hardware” popup in Windows. It is now safe to release the home button, and your iPod is in DFU mode.
5. Now iTunes will see it as a DFU’ed iPod and should ask you to automatically restore its firmware.
6. iTunes has to download the new firmware, and it takes a while, so go make a sandwich.
