Question about ViewSonic VA703mb Monitor
This is a common indication that the power supply board has bad filter capacitors. When the capacitors go out the power board can not start up correctly so you get either a white screen, a flashing power light and no display, a flickering display or no power at all. The repair is easy, it just requires replacing the bad capacitors on the power supply board. About 10 minutes and a little soldering and your monitor should be as good as new. Here is a link to a repair kit with the correct parts to do the repair.
