Re: fog in the viewer

When you say viewer to you mean the LCD screen or the optical finder[if it has one]? In either case this is a fault that only Fuji can help with

Hello, we need help in our camera, my friend touched something and the screen becomes black and for several checking it goes back, and just now it becomes black again. what we are going to do about it?

Try to take a picture and see if it takes - check the picture on a computer. If it's ok, then you could have a problem with the viewer, not the camera.

A couple of thoughts:-

1) Check the resolution the camera is set to, it may, for some reason have been set to the lowest photo resolution.

2) Have a look on the Pentax web site, follow links to Support and or Downloads. There may be a firmware upgrade for your camera. There also may be a forum on the website where someone has had this problem before and resolved it.

Very, very dark (almost black) lcd screen, but is functional

The LCD viewer is made up of the LCD screen, and the backlight. Your backlight is burnt out, or the circuit board isn't sending power to it. Backlights can be replaced separately.
