my grandsons mp3 player got wet it went through full cycle of washing machine..will it dry out and still work. its a rca th11 series

Ok so I have one with a lithum battery, and it will charge but it wont turn on

WizDoubtful if the battery was inside it.
If it runs off AA / AAA batteries try replacing the battery once it dries out.
Try setting the unit outside in the heat for about a day. Even a little water inside it will be bad.
