every time i touch the keypad or touchpad it keeps making noises and types letter in the screen itself

has this laptop been taken apart and had the cables hooked up to the wrong place? Ive never heard of a touchpad typing ...do your keys on the keyboard work normal? the cable may not be in all the way or seated would be my first check.
