You need to fine tune (to connect wirelessly) ur wireless mic to your wireless receiver unit. Put a fresh battery to ur Mic then power-up ur receiver unit, find the right channel for both unit.

My mic wireless mic sounds like it has a ground loop hum when it is in standy mode and when it is all the way on. I've switched cables and batteries what could be causing this hum?

You could try another power adapter on the receiver, maybe this one blew the filter capacitor. I doubt your problem being the mic, rather check the receiver. Luck !

I have an audio technica wireless mic with the 4 pin connector. We have purchased a new lavalier mic but are still having trouble with tge mic maintaining a connection. It keeps cutting in and out if you...

Mic plug has been replaced (new lav mic) so that leaves the mic jack connected to the body transmitter. Corrosion is a possibility...

Radio Shack tuner cleaner

but I think it's something to do with the mic jack on the transmitter. Some units solder these connectors directly to the internal PC board and after a while, the solder connections break. Have a tech open it up and closely inspect the input jack's solder pads.

Will phantom power damage my audio technica DR-VX1 microphones?

No it will not. The reason for the word phantom is that it does not affect microphones that don't need it (apart from some types of ribbon mics)

Two diffrent units with two diffrent frequincys . i wantto change

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but those units are fixed frequencies and cannot be changed. You either have to find a mic that matches your receiver or vice-versa. The freeway 200 series comes in 3 freqs. two of witch you have with the addition of 170.245. Maybe you can find someone who has a damaged mic but still has the receiver with the freq. that you need for your mic.
