I don't know what do you want to delete. You need at least one boot partition to boot an OS. If you need to change partition table then you can use one of many free partition programs like GParted LiveCD.
http://gparted.sourceforge.net/
It's Linux based but with GUI so if you know how to use the mouse you can deal with that.
However if you don't have an external USB CD drive you won't be able to burn the CD.
In this situation you can use unetbootin to create bootable USB key from ISO image.
Boot from CD/USB and then do whatever you want with your partitions.

No problem, use the tools that I've mentioned and you are ready to go.
Also with unetbootin you can create bootable USB stick with Windows (or other OS) if you don't have external CD.

Wipe my data partition

you need to boot into recovery mode to wipe the data partition. Doing this will reset the phone's data partition. Doing this will delete all data off the device and return it to the same state it was in when you first powered it on.

  1. completely power off the phone
  2. press and hold the power, volume up, and home buttons until you see the Samsung logo
  3. use volume up/down to scroll and power to select
  4. scroll to and select wipe data/factory reset
  5. select yes on any following prompts
  6. reboot device
If the above process does not work on your device, see alternate methods to boot into recovery mode in the following link.

Galaxy tab 2 10.1 does'nt show thw level ef charge

Try Resetting the Device Cache Partition by booting in to Recovery Mode.

o turn ON in Recovery Mode:

Step 1: Power off device completely (You Might need to Keep it on charge)
Step 2: Press and Hold "power" + "Vol up" for 5 sec
Step 3: Notice it flash boot screen twice
Step 4: Enter recovery menu use vol up and down to navigate
Step 5: Press power button for confirmation
Step 6: Wipe cache partition.

if clearing the cache partition doesn't help, you can also try resetting your device by formatting it to factory settings (ALL DATA WILL BE DELETED). for this Repeat the Steps upto 5, then use Step 6: Wipe data and clear cache.

Purchased Fujitsu Stylistic ST5112 online, works great but my wife changed the password and now doesn't remember it so we cant get it to open for use. We need to reset or delete password so it can be...

If is is a Windows login password, just reinstall the Operating System and forgo the use of passwords (if you can't remember them). If it is password on boot (before even Windows loads) there is nothing you can do about it, except take it to Fujitsu Certified Service Center to have the password erased.

How do i use recovery cd's if i have no cd rom drive? i have an external cd/dvd drive plugged into usb port but the fujitsu 1510d lifebook does not recognise it? thanks dave

When you boot your computer, start up your BIOS, then under the boot menu, make sure USB is listed as the 1st option.

To log into your BIOS, press the "Boot Option" key. It might be F1, F2 or Delete

Window cd delete only some file. i want to format hole harddisk.

what it sounds like to me is, you ran the windows cd and installed it over what was already there with out formatting the drive or partition first.

to start with a clean copy, you have to format the drive, but youll have to delete the existing partition 1st...if your not sure how to do that, just post back and let me know what OS your trying to install.

Fujitsu Lifebook P1120 Won't Boot To CD\DVD

Fujitsu seems to have secretly added a Hardware black list for Booting USB DVD-rw.CD-rw drives.

I have a Stylistic ST5032D slate.

Your either going to have to buy fujitsu's over priced external drive or buy fujitsu's over priced dock.

Or What I do is Bought WinImage or any other software that allows writing a ISO image to USB flash drive, this should almost always work.

I had to install Windows 7 on my tablet this way.

Choose your poison.

Good Luck.

Ibm thinkpad tablet won't boot, says insert set up cd rom which i no longer have

Hi, During the boot at the THINKPAD SCREEN press the Thinkvantage key ( Blue button ) it will launch rescue and recovery and allow you to reboot factory. This only works if you did not corrupted/deleted the rescue and recovery hidden partition on the HDD. Otherwise you will need the rescue and recovery CD to proceed. IBM/Lenovo support should be able to provide you the CD. thanks and have a nice day J-

I deleted a dll file for my omnipass

Try booting up into safemode.

Reboot your pc.
Keep pressing F8 before you see the windows logo.
If you did it right, you should come to a screen where you can select Safemode.

If that doesn't work call Fujitsu support and ask for a recovery disk.
