You can test your laptop:
1. Remove the hard drive and turn on the laptop. If the laptop's screen displays the BIOS, then replace the hard drive with a good working hard drive,
If it the laptop screen does not display anything, then:
2. Test it using an external monitor.
- If the external monitor blank too, then there is something wrong with your laptop's GPU and or motherboard (you need to replace the motherboard)

it seems to me that the hard drive drivers are not working on the hard drive so for it is time to replace the hard drive and reinstall windows.I had the same problem with the sound card, wifi one time and then the screen keep going blank and I replaced the hard drive and reinstalled windows and now the computer works just fine.

This is a clear hard drive issue. Try reinstalling Operating System, If it fails again, probably you have to replace the hard drive

Any hard disk that makes clicking or metallic noises is faulty, especially when POST error message no bootable devices detected.
To confirm go into the BIOS setting and see if the hard drive is detected, if it cannot detect the hard drive then it is definitely faulty.
Replace the hard drive and install Windows on the new hard drive to get the computer working again.

It may not even be caused by the graphics display driver at all. Your Hard Drive may hae BAD SECTORS and the computer is battling to read the system area of the hard drive... Make alse sure that the hard drive commections are fine

id say its hardware. try pulling the hard drive out and checking to see if posting gets any further.. it also could be the cd drive causing the post hang.
