Avi format files reading problem

Dear Sirs,

from yesterday my LG combo RC288 can't read files in avi format. I've changed disks for another but the problem continues.

Can you advise me anything to fix a problem?

I think its due to lack of supporting files. Normally there will be some files in the DVD other than the .Avi files. Try making a new DVD with a well known DVD making software like Nero or video editing softwares like Ulead,Adobe Premier etc.
