Your PCTV card has got S-Video input. Just connect the S-video output of the Tata sky box if available or use a RCA to S-video adapter to input the video to the tuner card. Now for audio u can connect it to line in of PC. To watch or Record, just select the input as S-Video in the channel selection in PCTV application
Hi, try this, go to control panel-click sound and audio devices and ensure that your system is configured to the right devices for recording from your camera. The easiest way to run any of this equipment is to set all systems at default. and purchase a USB sound/video adaptor [cheap from china] and plug your camera into this when you wish to record from it. when finished, remove the adaptor the same as you would with any USB hot swap device, your computer will revert to the default settings.
Next time you use your camera , plug it in and windows will auto detect it again.
