I had a similar situation with my CF-53. Oddly, the speakers would not work, but headphones plugged into the port on the front of the laptop would. Could you verify that you get audio through the headphone port, please?

Suddenly there is no sound in the speaker but headphone works fine..laptop is Lenovo B575

If the head phone jack works its more likely to be the problem, if you use the headphone jack a lot the connections inside it can get worn or bent out of shape--engaging the headphone jack should shut the speakers in the unit off.

Other possible reason is a bad speaker or connections.

sounds like the software driver for the built in sound needs to be installed. Go to panasonics web site and see if they have any software for download.
