0630 Fault code on KM 5035

A C4200 IS A BAD LASER UNIT , EXPENSIVE REPAIR FOR A COPIER THAT OLD.

Fuser failure , enter service and reset fuser error.

Indicates that you may not have the cable from the back of the document feeder plugged in correctly.
Please ensure that you have turned the copier off before you unplug and re plug in this connector

When Your Kyocera Mita KM 5035 Indicates Code 7410, It's the problem with your Drum Unit Or Drum. You Can Solve This Problem Either By Changing If You Have Another Drum Or Buy A New Drum Unit.

C2642 is not a listed error code for the KM-5035.

C2600 is deck conveying motor / desk motor problem.

C4200 is a LSU (laser unit) problem.

Zero-crossing signal problem

• The main PCB does not detect the zero-crossing signal (Z CROSS SIG) for the time specified below.

Causes

Poor contact in the connector terminals. - Check the connection of connectors YC1-3 on the main PCB and YC2-6 on the power source PCB, and the continuity across the connector terminals. Repair or replace if necessary.

Defective power source PCB. - Check if the zero-crossing signal is output from YC2-6 on the power source PCB. If not, replace the power source PCB.

Defective main PCB. - Replace the main PCB if C6400 is detected while YC2-6 on the power source PCB outputs the zero-crossing signal.

This is a fixing unit error. If you have had a power outage or your power has flickered it maybe able to be reset with out parts. Go to www.gfbm.net and call thier number and they should be able to reset it over the phone at no charge.

Try an updated driver from the manufacturer or see if they have any know issues with 2003 sp2 and the driver.
