The touch screen on my Konica Minolta Bizhub 200 does not sense touch while in copy mode. However, if I press the Enlarge Display button and go into that mode the touch screen works fine. There seems to be a software switch turning off the touchscreen in copy mode. How can I reset it?

I have come across this kind of problem.
Is your BizHub on the network? If yes, please switch it off completely, and take the Ethernet cable out of the BizHub.
Wait for atleast 30 seconds and reconnect the cable. Now start the printer again and see if the error message goes away.

First check the alignment front and rear of the finisher, check the finisher exit guide rollers if the paper is exiting properly, open both rear and the front cover and check the lower gears attach is the up/down drive belt. that lower gear one might be broken by the pin slot.
