We get an error code SC541 on our Ricoh Model 5627 Copier. Can you give any troubleshooting information for this?

The Fuser Thermister is not working properly. The Fuser may need to be replaced or the two Thermisters need to be replaced on the fuser. This is what the code is calling for. A local Ricoh tech should have these parts. Hope this helped!
