Several causes. 1 bad connections. 2 faulty cartridge. 3 wire connection to cartridge off. 4 faulty pre-amp in main amp.

The subwoofer isnt working but speakers are


You mean the right and left satellite speakers are working but the subwoofer is not. Try to adjust the bass control of the subwoofer at the back. Set it to full.

Subwoofer works, however, left and right speakers don't.


if it is new then make sure its connected correctly however if it isnt then you should assume that the speakers or speaker inputs are shorted out

can you swap speakers with other one?if so do this and if speaker still sounds bad it is definately the speaker. there is really no way to take speaker apart and repair

For my logitech z-4 speakers, my right speaker works fine but my left speaker has stopped making noise. if you turn it up to maximum you can slightly hear it, but its really quiet. can i fix it?


googled the same exact prob. and found this forum. after reading through the postings to get some ideas, I went back to my speaker set and unplugged the serial port that hooks up to the remote. blew on the connector and plugged it back in and VIOLA! I got sound from the left speaker again! Must be my awesome, smelly breathe that woke up the left speaker....
