I use posture control insoles for my flat feet. They are made especially for flat feet. they help with problems with balance as well as general foot problems caused by flat feet.

What kind of insole can I use for dress shoes?

You need thin insoles for dress shoes. My favorite is the Pedag Leather Insole. My best friend swears by the Spenco Arch Cushion.

Can I use chemical hand warmers inside my shoes to keep my feet warm?

You can try to get them to fit, but you could also just use heated insoles that come with adhesive. I would personally recommend HotHands.

I have a pair of brand new ecco shoes. Finally convinced my grade 12 daughter to pair the price and buy well made shoes. They are a purple leather lace up shoes. They make airy sounds with ever step....

I've had this problem with my daughter's shoes, and her foot is very narrow. I cut down some generic-brand Dr. Scholl's-type insoles (available at grocery and drugstores) and that did the trick.
1. Get the appropriate sized insoles, and lay the right show on the right insole, and the left shoe on the left insole. Trace them with a pen.
2. Cut out the insole, cutting slightly inside the lines-- the inside of the shoe is smaller than the outside.
3. Work the insoles inside the shoe. Use your fingers to feel around the edges to see where you need to trim them to fit.
4. If it's too long, don't trim all the length off the toe, or all the length off the heel... you'll mess up where the arch curves.
Good luck! I hope it works for you.

I have a problem with one of my air max is flat it is somthing to fixed?

What do you mean flat like the bottoms? I have a pair of them and they are suppose to be the same exact shoes just opposite feet, so of one is different then the other that could affect you foot while playing and could potential cause problems. If you could tell me more of what is wrong I could help because I am a little confused on what you mean flat. The bottom of the shoes are suppose to have an indent on the inside like the indent on you foot has (arch of your foot). Now if you foot starts to bother you because the shoes is flat then you can add and insoles with an arch to help. I found they help a lot with shoes even my tennis shoes.

Looking for a good volleyball shoes. Any recommendations on Asics GEL-Domain 2 Women's Volleyball Shoes?

I bought these shoes for indoor volleyball and the gym and I am satisfied so far. The only thing I would consider a con is that they make my already large feet look pretty large, while some other athletic shoes don't always look so big. I also wanted to state that while they do fit "mostly" true to size, they are slightly on the larger side so my feet are sliding around a little bit requiring me to wear larger socks. The comfort is great and I like that there are holes in the insole at the arch allowing for them to breath. So far I'm pretty happy with them.
