On Razor V3, screen suddenly black, BUT keyboard lights up

I'm sorry to hear about the bad news. Unfortunately Razor phones are notorious for having malfunctions (hardware failure).
Your screen has been damaged, any number of things could have happened from just a manufacturing defect or sitting on it, dropping it the list goes on.
Basically you will want to get a new phone as there is not much you can do about it. When you replace your phone you can take the sim out of the one you have now and can put it in your new phone.

white screen
I dropped my razr and screen is just white light when open, though when closed the little window on the outside has all the normal background screen, time, etc. Phone works, calls in and out but can't see anything. I pushed battery around inside, turned it off and on, and neither have helped.
I have the same problem. Only I didnt drop my phone, I went to make a call an the screen was white. The outside display still works, and I can make and accept calls, and even use the camera still, but I can't see anything else.
I dropped my phone very slightly the other day, the screen is now blank white on the inside, and the outside LCD is this blueish blank color. I'm convinced that I didn't break the LCD but may have messed up the firmware. I can still make and receive calls and all other functions but I cannot see anything out of both screens.
