Check the flat cable connection [LDVS] cable, that connects T'Con board to LCD panel for any loose contact. Re-seat it once, and check. If it do not help you, the T'Con board, said above, is faulty and should be replaced. If you wish to get more details, check this site linked below. Pull up older posts there.
