D3d9 download swiftshader

This is probably because the graphics card you used, did not meet the minumum requirements which are 128MB, Shader Model 3 and DirectX 9.0c compatible

SwiftShader
is now open sourced software that enables 3D rendering on systems that can't fully support hardware-accelerated rendering. http://blog.chromium.org/2016/06/universal-rendering-with-swiftshader.html

I try to run a game but it seems he needs hardware acceleration graphics. i want to know if there is a program i can install to make the game work or my computer needs a sort of component.

Hardware acceleration is computed via a graphics card, a physical piece of equipment. A program would be Software acceleration and this is not needed to run the game.

Yes you are quite correct your computer does need a component, it is called a graphics card. There are many graphics cards available, some more powerful than others. Contact a computer store, look around and talk to them about upgrading your computer with a suitable graphics card.

They may need to see your computer to know what slot type of graphics card your computer accepts.

Take care and happy gaming!

Compatability

You have an AGP expansion slot for a graphics card.
(Accelerated Graphics Port)
It uses either 1x, 2X, or 4X graphics cards. Since the only AGP graphics cards out there are 4X or 8X, the 1X, and 2X are moot points. (They were also Junk anyway!)

Your AGP graphics slot only supports AGP graphics cards that are 1.5 volts. There are AGP graphics cards out there, that are Universal. Universal in that they will run as AGP 8X, (.8 volts), or AGP 4X, (1.5 volts)

This is an example:
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4103516&CatId=318

Don't expect to play the high end new intense games with this. I'm afraid you'll have to update your motherboard, processor, ram memory, and a better graphics card to do that.

(Example? XFX Nvidia nForce 680i LT SLI motherboard, Intel Core2 Duo E8200 cpu, Corsair XMS2 PC6400 ram memory, 1GB x2 of them, (DDR2 at 800MHz), and XFX Geforce 9800GTX+, vid card. (Plus OCZ SteathXStream 600W power supply)
This won't break the bank, and will slam some games to the wall!)

Graphic Problem

This might be an issue with not having full rights within the BIOS, you could try to enter the BIOS and press F8 this sometimes reveals 'hidden' features.

Intel graphics media accelerator

Are you trying to play GRAW? If yes you need a decent graphic card (Nvidia or ATI 6600 or 7600) at a minimum to play it decently. Onboard graphics like the Intel Graphics media accelerator in your case is NOT good enough to play GRAW.
