It is a motor error
• The connector in the LEAD WIRE ASSEMBLY is not connected to
the connnector of STATOR ASSEMBLY
Reconnect or repair the connector
• The hall sensor is out of order/defective.
Replace the STATOR ASSEMBLY
either drain pump itself is broken or something jammed in between the pump housing and pump impellor. the drain hose itself or pump cleanout cup (behind lower left access panel) may be clogged too.

Barry The repairman was right. The drum is out of balance because of the load amount .Thed clothes or items need to be distributed around the drom rather than just throwing in. When it comes to spin the imbalance causes the machine to shake and move across the laudry.
As it sometimes works This is probably when you are not doing a heavy load of washing, so it appears to work OK. Pack it with less, also adjust the front legs a full turn higher than the rear so prevent walking when it spins.If you cant find the spanner that was included , just use an adjustable one.
Good morning! You can check the capacity of your machine based on the Operating Manual which was included when you bought the machine. Some machines have details printed on its body itself, kindly check if there is. best regards.
