I had this same problem and I found that the Data Link Connector is located below the dash board, but on the Canadian model I own, it has a white connector right below the fuse block area which required me to remove the lower plastic panel to gain access ( as per the haynes manual you need a OBD-11 SCAN TOOL TO ACCESS INFO.

It should be under the drivers side dash board. 1/2in x 1in black connector.

SOURCE: parking lights nissan 2002 xterra

Open the back lift door. Inside next to the lights there are screws that need to be removed before you can get the whole parking light off. After you get the screws out, you will have to force the whole plastic light cover to get to the burn out light. Once you get the whole light out, replace the bulb and follow the process in reverse.

Yes it does. Actually it talks in OBD2. The com port is located under the dash on the driver side.

Evap fuel tank pressure sensor 2002 nissan xterra location

Evap. Canister - It looks like some kind of BLACK filter box and can be located under the car perhaps around the Gas tank area) or under the Hood area . It may be about 14 inches long x 8 inches wide and 5 inches thick.
The solenoid sensor on this canister can go bad causing an EVAP code on an OBD reader.
