SOURCE: long wash cycles

WHEN YOU WASH IS THE WATER HOT ENOUGH IN A REASONABLE TIME? ALSO DOES THE WASHER SENCE THE AMOUNT OF SOAP THATS IN THE TUB. IT COULD BE GIVING ADDITIONAL RINCES TO REDUCE THE SOAP CONTENT.(TRY WITH NO SOAP IN SYSTEM AND SEE IF TIME IS SHORTER)

The clock timer might be faulty.Need to Replace it.Since the machine is new, it must be under warranty and can be subjected to replacement.Problems with clock timers is common with any washer. Its better when detected early like in this case.Good luck. Please do post your comments.

The timer is only an estimate. pull the botttom cover of the front of the machine. There is a cleanout on the water pump, if its clogged it could be the cause of your timer taking so long

SOURCE: Bosch Classixx 6 - tried washing a load on easy

i have checked all my tech info and error codes only go to f 12!! never had f 17 but based on description sounds like either flow sensor or inlet valve failure will need service tech to sort out but if either of these will not be expensive.

Machine starts to fill with water, then stops and drains water. This process continues over and over, never moving onto a cycle. I have tried resetting and unplugging at the wall to reset but no luck

sounds like a bad control board issue or timer. would say the water pressure switch but that only tells it went to go into wash cycle but not start the drain process? since its going to drain cycle b4 washing I say timer sending wriong signal

My bosch classix 2100 washing machine takes 3 hours to finish a 30 degree wash.is this normal?

If it gets stuck on 1 minute for a long time, it is possibly the heating element which needs replacing. They can get covered in scale in hard water areas and stop working. Replacing the heating element in my Bosch Logixx solved the problem.

Washed a small bath rug in the machine. The piece of rug said it was washing machine safe. The rug broke apart as I was washing it and now the washing maching will not drain. I have to open the bottom...

This becomes a long drawn out process in which you have to remove the pump and the entire drain line and wash all the backing out of the machine also you have to remove the lines that go from the tub to the pump as well and even after you finish cleaning out the drain system you still will have more pieces stuck inside the tub area that you have to clean out as well. Easiest way take the machine outside or to an area you can use a hose on the unit where after you disassemble the entire pump area that you can wash the tub out of all the small pieces of the rug backing I had the unfortunate repair of doing this to someones rubber backed rug cept it took all the rubber off the back of the rug. It took about 3 hours with hooking and rehooking the drain lines and unclogging them over and over due to this unit I was working on was in a basement and no access to a hose If you have any further questions message me back and please remember to rank how this opinion has helped it allows me to continue helping others in similar situations in the future Thanks again Rick
p.s do this repair yourself a repair technician would charge about 200 to repair the unit due to the amount of time

My kenmore stacked washer/dryer has a wash cycle that can last for 12 hours. it will ultimately finish and clothes will be cleaned properly but it takes long breaks during the cycle.

The time it takes to do a cycle is determined by the washing machine timer. That is driven by a clock motor. This is an older machine so what is happening is that the motor on the timer is stopping and starting. A replacement timer is sold only as a complete assembly. I'm fairly sure you washing machine does the best job in the world in cleaning cloths.
Hope this helps,
Best,
Mark
