Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

This is an incorrect address. Please try http://www.routerlogin.com/basicsetting.htm
This will log you to the basic setting page of the router. Just click apply and enter the username and password of the router.

SOURCE: I am trying to enable

go to 192.168.1.1 on your browser
username = admin
password = password

If you try this and it didn't get you in, that means that someone changed you password. follow the steps bellow

1) unplug router from power source.
2) plug it back in
3) look at the back of your router for a small hole
4) shove something inside for 30 seconds to reset it

All the router blinking lights should go off and then turn on again.

Now try to login with the user and password above.

How do i get the password

Type http://www.routerlogin.net in the address field of Internet Explorer.
When prompted, enter admin for the router user name and password for the router password,
both in lower case letters.
If it does not log you in, then there is a different user name and password on the router.
To reset that, you can restore these defaults with the Factory Default Restore button on the rear panel. Hold the button down for 15 secs then release. Wait 1 minute, then try log in to the router using http://www.routerlogin.net in your browser and don't forget to set a password. Hope that helps.
